Current Openings

Experienced Superintendents (prefer 5 yrs min. experience)

  • – Location: Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas
  • – Requirements: Proven leadership in construction projects, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of industrial and commercial construction.
  • – Responsibilities: Oversee daily jobsite operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines.
  • – Must have reliable transportation

Skilled Commercial Carpenter (prefer 5 yr min. experience)

  • – Location: Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas
  • – Requirements: Prior construction experience, ability to work in a team, and commitment to safety.
  • – Responsibilities: Proficient in carpentry including hollow metal door and hardware installation, must be able to read blue prints
  • – Must have reliable transportation

Laborers

  • – Location: Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas
  • – Requirements: Prior construction experience preferred but not necessary, ability to work in a team, and commitment to safety.
  • – Responsibilities: General labor duties must be eager to learn a trade
  • – Must have reliable transportation
